Maggie Siff Husband Paul Ratliff Is A Family Therapist

Maggie Siff husband Paul Ratliff is a psychologist and a mental health practitioner. Paul has been working at Erika Malm Collective since January 2020.

Ratliff and Siff are seemingly happy in their married life as the pair have remained together since tying the knot in 2012, after courting each other via email. On their first anniversary, the psychologist had the correspondence printed, bound, and gifted to his wife.

Talking about Paul's professional life, he has worked in product and experience design, creating and executing ethnographic research for around two decades. Interestingly, he dabbled in the film industry before entering the world of psychotherapy.

He specializes in the innovation of research methods, design ideation programs, and collaborative analysis.

As a psychotherapist based in New York, he has now started exploring innovation and understanding how all forms of design support and impact mental health. In 2015, he also gave a presentation at EPIC for Collateral Revelation.

According to his LinkedIn bio, he studied at Wesleyan University and obtained his Bachelor of Fine Arts (1984-1988). In 2015, he attended Pacifica Graduate Institute and completed his Master's degree in Counseling Psychology in 2018.

Ratliff's work experience includes serving as an Understander in E-lab from September 1995 to December 1997. He then joined Sapient as a Senior Manager in user experience research and worked until June 2002.

Next, he began his profession as a design strategist and innovation consultant. Currently, he has been working with Erika Malm Collective as Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist since January 2020.
